Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days
Express Shipping 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Estimated international delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Serious Cycle is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Supplier-Fulfilled Orders

Some products in our catalog are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners. For these items:

  • Processing and shipping timelines may differ from standard orders
  • You may receive separate shipments if your order contains both warehouse and supplier-fulfilled items
  • Tracking information will be provided for each shipment separately

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather events, high order volumes, or customs processing. Serious Cycle is not liable for shipping delays outside of our control.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. Reach out to us at SCteam@serious-cycle.com if the issue is unresolved

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.

8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Serious Cycle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at SCteam@serious-cycle.com — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
