Returns

We want you to ride happy! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Cycling shoes (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Undergarments and base layers
  • Customized or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at SCteam@serious-cycle.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing issues on apparel and kits. Contact us at SCteam@serious-cycle.com to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Dropship & Supplier-Fulfilled Orders

Some items in our catalog are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners. Return eligibility and timelines for these items may vary — details will be noted on the product page or communicated at the time of your return request.
